AT&T; Enhanced Services; Rocky Communications

Scammers - all three of them. AT&T allowed Enhanced Services to bill me an additional $12.95 because FCC mandates them to allow 3rd party billing to AT&T statements without knowing what it's about. Enhanced Services claims they're the billing agent for "Rocky Communications" and they need to stop future charges. "Rocky Communications" claims they have an email from me agreeing to the charges/services. That's a load of dog ***. Never did I ask or request for services. I'm so disappointed with AT&T - they want to sell me call blocker to get rid of these people!
